Establishing Pre Production Content

 As my project focuses on the creation of visual styles, many of the things that would for most people be clasified as pre production, are in fact my production. This caused me some difficulty when establishing what I would be handing in for that module. However I have established that for my project the pre production is the creation of frameworks and development of an idea. More specifically, developing the frameworks that I will use for the creation and critique of my work.

Namely:

• Critical Framework
• Design Framework

I will make use of short case studies to develop these frameworks. Analysing each case study making use of different critical thinking from both aesthetic theorists and modern critiques of art. This should help me establish the elements of each I feel are relevant for my own studies. This development will form my own personal critical framework.

For the development of my design framework I will create an interpretation of the visual style from each of the case studies.
